Solidar Suisse is a non-governmental organization (NGO) whose purpose is to assist disadvantaged, persecuted and oppressed people in Switzerland and worldwide.  Solidar Suisse has been operating in Lebanon since September 2012.   Having its main office in Habbouch / Nabatieh district, Solidar Suisse is seeking for an experienced and highly motivated     Unconditional cash (UCA) and Community Support Project (CSP) Manager UCA/CSP Manager   The CSP/UCA manager will be responsible for the proper execution of the two running projects in Nabatieh and Jezzine district. She/he defines with the assigned team project processes and puts in place necessary tools and communication lines for the achievement of the project objectives. The UCA/CSP Manage will be part of the Senior Management Team and participate in decision making process about the future strategic orientation of the organisation.   Main Tasks and responsibilities: CSP -       Sets up project processes and defines milestones of project implementation -       Establishes and maintains continuous contact with main interlocutors on municipality level -       In collaboration with the M&E manager, defines and elaborates tools for relevant data collection and evaluation -       Analysis and synthetises submitted project proposals from the municipalities and coordinates with the selection committee. -       Ensures sound contractual basis with selected municipalities and follows-up on project activities -       Seeks technical advice whenever necessary within other departments -       Monitors continuously the project progress and adapt whenever necessary the course of action -       Ensures smooth information flow between the projects teams and the municipalities -       Acquires comprehensive knowledge about the impact of the Syrian Crisis on the municipalities in the project area. -       Redacts and compiles narrative monthly reports and is responsible for the elaboration of final project reporting. UCA:      -     establishes contacts with likeminded actors and elaborates a referral network for project beneficiaries  -    Analyses the results of Post-distribution monitoring in the frame of the UCA and edit lessons learnt -    Together with the M&E manager, ensures reliable and relevant data record to evaluate the impact of CTP (Cash Transfer Programming) and proposes possible further project in the frame of CTP -     Participates in relevant cluster meetings and follows-up on related national policy dialogue -     Handles and verifies different grievance cases, puts in place a response mechanism and ensures proper follow-up -     Together with the Fin/Admin Manager, maintains regular contact with the financial service provider and ensures smooth collaboration Requirements: -     3 to 5 years of work experience in a development and/or humanitarian organization, -     Previous experience in developing and implementing projects in either one of the following fields: community development, livelihood support , vocational training, employment services -     Experience in coordination with external stakeholders such as municipalities, employers, partner NGOs etc -     Proven experience in participatory techniques -     High interpersonal skills with a strong attitude towards problem solving and team work; -     Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.   We offer an interesting and challenging position in a dynamic and international working environment.
