The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative referred to as hulo on behalf of the following international non-governmental organizations, ACTED, Cesvi, The Association of Volunteers in International Service (AVSI), Danish
Refugee Council (DRC), Federation Handicap International (HI), INTERSOS, Solidarités
International (SI).
Invite qualified suppliers to submit bids for the:
Supply and delivery of stationery, school kits, office supplies, and recreational/PSS
materials under a Framework Agreement as part of a Joint Procurement Initiative
(JPI) for humanitarian organizations operating in Lebanon.
This tender is not limited to the mentioned organizations; additional humanitarian
actors may benefit from the framework agreement during its validity period.
