Consultancy For The Final Evaluation Of Si’S Shelter Programme In Tripoli, Lebanon

Project : Tailored integrated assistance to the most vulnerable populations affected by the Syrian crisis in Lebanon Title : Consultancy for the final evaluation of SI’s shelter programme in Tripoli, Lebanon Reference: Cyril Blin, Head of Mission Lebanon, Lise Salavert, HQ Program Manager   This Expression of Interest solicitation is open to all eligible consultants, in accordance with SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL recruitment procedures.   The objectives of this consultation are: To undertake an evaluation against standard evaluation criteria; To assess the project outcomes and achievements, keeping in mind the dual objective of the sector: a pure shelter one (bringing shelter conditions up to standards) and a protection one (ensuring housing for the most vulnerable households); To build on SI’s institutional knowledge building on shelter programming in the area; To identify best practices and make detailed recommendations to improve SI’s ability to meet the 2 objectives above mentioned.   The consultant will be recruited by SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL for a period of 15-17 working days from the 11st of April, 2016 and works under the direct supervision of the Head of Mission.   SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL invites consultants to apply for the provision of services as described above.
