Data Entry Clerk (Advanced Level In Excel & Access)

List of main tasks: Maintain updated program databases Maintain updated location maps for Solidarités International activities Check the monthly reporting database provided by the programs Update the activity info in monthly bases Extract and crosscheck the uploaded data with the existing data base Daily update of SASIL (SI-online database). Follow up and update online referrals with the Halba departments and feedback on SASIL. Communicate with the Hotline-Tripoli for external and internal referrals. Enter data provided into the appropriate software Support teams in the processing of information and data gathered File and back up information and data Produce and provide the data and information requested by the program teams ORG CHART POSITION (reporting and functional relationships) Line manager: Program Manager   Background:Technical experience in Data base management and an Advanced level in Excel & Access is a must.   Professional experience & Hard skills:Mandatory:- Computer skills : Excel, Access and online data- Management skills Desirable:- Activity info experience- Driving license ( at least 1 year old)-Knowledge in Akkar -Reporting and filing Personal qualities & soft skills:- Commnication skills - Flexibility and ability to work under pressure- prioritization skills
