General objective:
- Maintain updated program databases
- Maintain updated location maps for Solidarités International activities
- Check the monthly reporting database provided by the programs
- Update the activity info monthly
- Extract and crosscheck the uploaded data with the existing data base
- Daily update of SI-online database.
- Follow up and update online referrals with SI departments.
- Communicate with the Hotline Saida for external and internal referrals.
- Enter data provided into the appropriate software
- Support teams in the processing of information and data gathered
- File and back up information and data
- Produce and provide the data and information requested by the program teams
- Any other tasks requested by the line manager.

PROFILE NEEDED:
Studies: Bachelor’s degree level education, or technical institution
Experience: 1-3 years
Language: good in English and Arabic written and spoken
IT: Knowledge in MS Office – mainly word & excel
Qualification: NGO experience is needed.
SI WILL OFFER YOU:
A salaried post: 1,100 USD as basic salary.
Vacation: 1.75 paid leave per month.
