Hr Coordinator Assistant

The HR Coordinator Assistant support the HR Coordinator with all HR related tasks and procedures. He/she supports the HR follow-up of nationals and expatriates employees of the organization. 1/HR follow-up of national employees in Beirut Office: Participate in the monitoring of work contracts Collect payment details and integrate them into the Human resources management  software (Homère) Issue pay slips and supervise payment of salaries after approval by the HR Coordinator Calculate taxes and duties and create pay records for the relevant organizations Lead recruitment process for Beirut base Ensure that procedures for recruitment and terminating contracts are well implemented and adhered to Prepare new employment contracts & Draw up administrative documents relating to employment contracts Ensure induction for new employees Keep individual employee files up to date  2/Administrative management of all national employees a.       NSSF & MOF Proceed to the employees registration/cancellation at NSSF & MOF relevant offices by submitting the appropriate forms Ensure that all employees entitled to receive Family allowance  Support the HR Coordinator In the validation & calculation of NSSF subscriptions b.       Health Insurance Proceed to the employees registration/cancellation towards the Health insurance company Act as Liaison between the company and the employees for any urgent inquiry  3/HR management Support the HR Coordinator in the implementation of training for SI employees Assist the HR Coordinator in the organization and conduct of meetings with personnel representatives Participate to the meeting between the HR Coordinator and partners, others NGO Ensure the confidentiality of all HR datas Keep an organization chart up to date for the mission Participate in the improvement of HR policy of Solidarités International in lebanon Ensure physical and IT archiving, as well as securing administrative documents Administrative follow-up of expatriates employees Organize the administrative briefing for expatriate employees Ensure the administrative management of expatriates (file, visa, plane tickets...) Check dates of employment contracts and inform the HR Coordinator when they are due to expire Keep individual employee files up to date Assist the HR coordinator in any other task related to expatriates administrative follow-up
