HULO Joint Initiatives Logistics Supervisor

Overall Objective and Goal:

His/her main responsibilities are:

1/ Supporting in joint initiatives management (mainly procurement & environment).

2/ Participating in capitalization and reporting processes and producing reliable follow up and deliverables.

3/ Managing the daily logistics needs and requests

Main Activities:

Mission#1: Supporting Country Representatives in Joint Initiatives  

• Lead in maintaining updated supplier databases and price lists. 
• Support in executing joint tenders, Calls for interest, and procurement processes. 
• Organize and ensure proper archiving of documents for transparency. 
• Support supplier negotiations for pricing and delivery.  
• Assist in building and maintaining positive supplier relationships. 

Mission#2 Lead on the Environmental Initiatives in collaboration with the Country Representatives :   

• Act as hulo’s focal point for Environmental initiatives. 
• Focus on implementation of sustainable practices and waste management within the Joint Initiatives.  
• Support in training and capacity building for humanitarian community on sustainable practices.  
• Support in training and capacity building for Suppliers & Service Providers.  

Mission#3: Capitalization / Reporting / Representation:  

• Assist in gathering, consolidating, and analyzing data for joint initiatives. 
• Support the preparation of reports, databases, and related project documents. 
• Occasionally represent Hulo at logistics meetings or forums under the guidance of the Country Representative. 

Mission#4: Office Support:  

• Managing day to day logistic needs for hulo Lebanon Office.   
• Follow up on preparation and submission of budgetary needs. 
• Support Country Representative in organizing external visits.
