Implementation and supervision of all M&E activities
In collaboration with the Field Coordinator and the program managers prepare the M&E Plan for on-going programmes and new programmes, including timeframe of activities, data collection methodology, tools to be used and expected delivery.
In collaboration with the Field Coordinator and the program managers ensure the follow-up of programs indicators by sampling, collecting and analysing data, guaranteeing quality data and reviewing reports.
Support all programme teams in conducting monitoring and evaluation assessment and baselines.
Ensure that regular surveys are conducted to have an overview of the humanitarian context evolution and vulnerability of the populations affected.
Support implementation of a data management system to operationalize the M&E strategy; a system that informs planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the emergency response programme/s.
Ensure the quality of the data collection, data entry and data analysis by managing the data officer.
Ensure and support implementation of Accountability systems that are compliant with SI protocols, and other relevant quality standards for emergency programming (e.g. SPHERE).
Encourage learning based on best practices, lessons and feedback captured from beneficiaries to guide the design and implementation of SI programs.
Works in close collaboration with SI Head of mission to provide inputs to inform SI strategy
Writing report process
In collaboration with the M&E coordinator and/or SI Head Of Mission ensure the follow-up of reporting priorities according to the timeframe.
In collaboration with the Field Coordinator and the program managers ensure the writing of accurate, quality Post-Distribution Monitoring reports with appropriated data to measure the indicators and the quality of SI’s intervention.
In collaboration with the M&E coordinator and SI Head of Mission contribute to the proposal writing process.
M&E team management
Ensure daily follow-up of the M&E team with weekly planning and objectives, administrative and logistical management…
Directly supervises the M&E Officers, the Hotline officer and the Database officer
Ensure technical capacity building of the M&E Officers, the Hotline officer and the Database officer
Capitalization
Organize regular lessons learned sessions with the different program teams.
Organize M&E trainings for programs teams.
Ensure the capitalization of the programs tools, assessments and lessons learned.
