Vasyr Enumerator

MISSION Goal / purpose: Under the supervision of the Basic Assistance Team Leader, the enumerators will identify households and collect relevant data in the districts of Minieh-Denniyeh, Zgharta, Tripoli and Bsharreh in the frame of the Vulnerability Assessment of Syrian Refugees (VASyr) conducted nation-wide.   PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: General •             Adhere to working hours. •             Abide by humanitarian principles. •             Employ a gender sensitive approach. •             Respect all SI rules. •             Follow security measures. •             Take care of the assessment equipment. •             Engage in referral systems.   VASyr •             Call HH for appointments and manage visits a day in advance. •             Introduce the VASyr to the targeted households. •             Conduct the VASyr questionnaire, and identify the eligible individuals in the household. •             Ensure a good quality of data collected. •             Ensure that the interviewees are fully aware of the data collected, and informed about the use of the data. •             Coordinate with drivers regarding locations visits. •             Complete a minimum of 4 assessments per day.   Reporting •             Report the daily achievements to the team leader through the daily reporting form. •             Report any constraints or challenges met to the team leader.   The above list is non-exhaustive and may be extended to include reasonable tasks and responsibilities within the framework of the project at the request of the Basic Assistance Team Leader.   CANDIDATE PROFILE •             Know the area of implementation •             Possess apparent people skills •             Comfortable in working within a large team •             Comfortable in using Android Tablets and apps •             Possess good command of the Arabic language •             Possess good understanding of the English Language •             Possess good communication skills     ORG CHART POSITION (reporting and functional relationships) Line manager: Basic Assistance Team Leader Line report(s) on base: - Functional manager: - Functional report(s):  -
