  • job posting, cv screening, assigning interviews, reference check, advertisement media, job fair, onboarding, and induction and integration procedures, contracts and confidentiality agreements’ management updates and acknowledgement. Update the recruitment follow-up monthly. Administers the employees’ relations policies and procedures: employee files procedure (soft and hard copies), code of conduct, time and leave management policy and procedure

 

 

 

  • Edits and update HR manual and general organization policies, procedures and processes in coordination with the director.

 

  • Prepare the induction planning of new employees in collaboration with his/her line manager.
  • Organize, schedule, and conduct the HR briefing and/or induction sessions for every new recruited staff. Orientate new recruited staff on HR Policy (Internal Staffs Regulations, specifics allowances and benefits…) and explain the contents of HR procedures and processes.
  • Ensure hard and soft archiving, as well as ensuring the security of HR/administrative documents.

 

  • Establishes, maintains, updates, and monitors the HR integrated software: Time attendance, HR and Payroll modules. Report to each head of department on a weekly and monthly basis Human Resources related information about their respective teams, Claims follow up for all the teams. Report any alerts concerning Staff and support the management and coordinators in the social dialogue.

 

- Handles employee related issues, conflicts, inquiries, work related concerns. Assists coordinators in HR issues and interacts with them on a wide range of staff performance issues and evaluations.

  • Support employee performance management system/ performance appraisals, and probationary review process
    - Assist in the conducting of exit interviews by the Line Manager and Country Manager (if appropriate)

 

  • Ensure that all trainings attended are recorded. and are kept up to date and complete (Training request, ToR, invoice, attendance sheets, etc.). Organize and execute events for programs performance improvements (teamwork activities, development, retreats promoting a culture of values as required)

 

 

 

 

  • Work closely with and support the Administrative and Finance Managers.

 

  • Support monthly salaries calculation and payroll processing against time sheets, attendance sheets

 

  • Manage all the additions, deletion and change of Staff.

 

  • Update and check the monthly related HR databases and payroll variables.
    -  Ensure the payslip signature and archiving at time of all payrolls related documents.

 

  • Maintain and update staff medical insurance records
    - Liaise with the Finance Department regarding final payments

 

 

 

 

  • If any, Follows up on all legislation, rules, and regulations updates. The HR will have to represent at specific ministries to carry out the necessary formalities for the regular presence in Lebanon or any formalities required by the labor law, act as focal point concerning matters related to organisation formalities, (i.e., with the lawyer, concerning Residency and Work Permits, Check the data of the insurance bill, registration, and deregistration documents for NSSF. Coordinate flight bookings, accommodation, and visas as appropriate)
