Cars Rental - SOS Children's Villages in Lebanon

In response to the current conflict, SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon has launched an Emergency Response project to safeguard the well-being of children, families, and communities affected by the crisis. As part of this initiative, SOS Lebanon invites suppliers to submit tenders for two cars rental to support transportation needs during the emergency.

1.2 Qualifications and Requirements

Request for Quotation to Rent 2 Cars operational all over Lebanon with a Driver, on Monthly basis for a period of 6 months – unlimited mileage if car is delivered from Beirut or movement flexibility up to 1000 km / month if car delivered from Beqaa offices.

1.3 Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following:

• Compliance with technical specifications.
• Delivery timeline.
• Price competitiveness and overall value for money.
• Vendor's past experience.
• Flexibility in mileage limit and working hours for driver.

1.4 Terms and Conditions

 Terms of Agreement

The supplier will be required to provide:

• Detailed quotation for the cars (SUV & Economic 5-seater car) registered in 2025 or between 2019 & 2022.
• Daily fees for a Driver working 8 to 10 hours max / day (weekly basis including Weekend in case of emergency).
• A comprehensive warranty and service plan.
• Clear terms regarding delivery time and penalties for mileage and delays.

1.5 Submission of Proposals

Proposals must include:

• Company profile.
• Detailed pricing structure, including all applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
• Technical specifications of the proposed car.
• Delivery timeline and payment terms.

1.6 Tender procedure schedule

The call for tender will be launched from the 15/04/2025 to 21/04/2025. Tender submission and schedule of the work are as follows.
