PV systems for Qsarnaba and Kfarhay SOS villages

SOS villages Lebanon has the intention to install additional PV generating capacity in both villages of Kfarhay in Batroun and Qsarnaba in the Bekaa. Both sites have existing 10 KWp PV modules installed on ground mounted structures. Both systems are newly installed, they have no battery storage. Each system is connected to the village electricity grid and has a remote monitoring display station in the administration building. Both villages are connected to EDL utility grid. A mandatory site visit is arranged for bidders to check out the particulars of each site ( September 1st for Kfarhay and September 3rd for Qsarnaba). It is the responsibility of the bidder to make sure that the existing systems are properly operating before contract execution under the scope of this tender. SOS villages will duly hand over the existing systems to the successful bidder. Bidders may choose to submit proposals for one or both sites, in the latter case separate proposals must be submitted.
