Finance & Admin Coordinator (Disaster Response Project)

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for appropriate implementation of financial procedures, project accounting, keeping track of the project budget, provision of required financial documents, development and submission of the financial reports
  • Preparation and control over the expenditures in accordance with budget allocations, keeping and archiving project documentation
  • Manage recruitment and maintain employees record
  • Report to the Project Manager and to the Finance & Controlling Manager
