Mission of the position:
- Pursues opportunities with & fundraise from the corporate entities of the country to fund the relevant programmes, investments and costs of the Member Association – to reach financial self-sufficiency in accordance with the Corporate Fundraising Strategy and the annual Business Plan.
- Establishes and maintains longterm partnerships with corporate donors, manages and upgrades the accounts, networks and positions the SOS Children’s Villages brand according to the brand vision, mission and values.

- Small and medium corporate enterprises
- Head of Fundraising
- FR team colleagues for individual & corporate fundraising and communications
- Regional Office / FDC function Advisor
- Fundraising experts of the regional network
Key performance areas and main responsibilities:
- Fundraising from big and small & medium corporate enterprises by partnership negotiations
- In line with the Head of Fundraising, develop the SOS CV Lebanon major giving strategy in order to establish a sustainable funding base from this source.
- Implementation and update of the corporate fundraising strategy
- Development of the annual CFR Business Plan, budget and the annual CFR tools (product portfolio and packages, presentations, proposals, partners’ categorisation, loyalty services)
- Account management: building and developing long-term partnerships with corporate donors
- Networking, brand positioning, recruiting new partners
- Maximize income from donors and prospects drawn from individuals of high net worth, through the packing and tailoring of funding proposals and the management, development and cultivation of donors and prospects.
- Build parterships to cover needs of Programs in in-kind donations
- Build and develop existing major donor & corporate relationships
- Responsible within own area of work to prevent and protect children of all forms of abuse, abandonment, exploitation, violence and discrimination based on SOS Child Protection Policy principles
- Responsible to report any CS suspicion, concern, allegation or incident immediately following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures. CS reports should be made to the national CS focal person or any other member of the national CS team and/or to respective line manager
