SET is looking for a full-time Tawlet and Beit Douma manager Responsible for Managing Beit staff, servicing guests, managing Beit Douma Dekkenet, and managing all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Guests’ Service
- Follow-up with guests on bookings, room allocation, lunches, and dinner reservations
- Manage third parties’ guests’ booking (Hote Libanais…)
- Check-in & out customers
- Follow-up on clients’ requests
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise Beit staff, in collaboration with HR to ensure that their daily tasks are being fulfilled as well as their compliance with standards
- Follow-up weekly with HR on schedule & related changes, lateness issues, sick leaves, annual vacation
- Is responsible for staff’s personal hygiene, appearance, and well-being
- Operations Supervision
- Ensure premises maintenance, hygiene, and sanitary standards as per set guidelines
- Coordinate with Operations Manager lunches/dinner reservations, and any other related request
- Coordinate purchases & food orders with Cook & Operations manager
- Ensure ingredients are ordered on time and accurately
- Monitor adequate storage of received raw material; perform spot checks on fridges and stocks
- Daily check and sign invoices regarding all food items received; ensuring that quality standards are met
- Coordinate events with Catering Manager – ensure staff availability, equipment…
- Kitchen supervision
- Check daily Kitchen organisation and hygiene – tidiness, cleanliness, expiry dates in freezer/fridge, recipes are followed, ingredients are weighted.
- Ensure kitchen staff schedules are planned and respected
- Ensure kitchen staff duties and tasks are completed
- Ensure the availability of needed ingredients, functioning equipment…
- Dekkenet Supervision
- Maintain a clean Dekenet – shelves, cashier area…
- Coordinate transfers/purchases with Operations Manager
- Check all products' expiry dates; remove all products that are close to expiry dates and advise the Dekenet supervisor
- Administrative tasks
- Prepare and send weekly RFPs
- Prepare & send Monthly Production Sheet to the Cost Controller
- Monitor orders, production, and food waste (fill WASTE sheet weekly)
- Review stock/inventory every month
- Liaise with the stock controller and report on any discrepancy regarding quantities and orders
- Check and sign invoices and send weekly to Accounting regarding all items received
- Manage Beit Douma petty cash
- Close cash weekly with the Accounting department
- Ensure bills and invoices are paid on time, in coordination with Accounting
- Perform monthly inventory & reconciliation with main office
- Follow-up on cost variances – food, utilities…
- Reporting
- Report daily on equipment damage/maintenance tasks to Properties Manager
- Send daily reports to MPs
