Waiter

Souk El Tayeb is looking for Tawlet Waiter, SET a social enterprise working on projects to preserve culinary traditions, and rural heritage and promote community development through People empowerment, respect, ownership, and passion for excellence.

Location: Tawlet Mar Mikhael

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and explain Tawlet and Dekenet mission to guests
• Serve food [breakfast, lunch or dinners], and drinks
• Handle payments and POS system
• Organize work stations (bar, dessert, buffet, Dekenet shelves)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Cross-selling / Upselling / Add-on selling: beverages, Dekenet items…

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, hospitality certification is a plus
• 1 year experience preferred
• Good command of POS
• Good command of English & Arabic, French is a plus
• Service oriented – agreeable, helpful
• Work well under pressure
