Job Description :
· Lead overall planning, coordination, and supervision of project activities in Saida, Tyre, and El Nabatieh.
· Oversee and track project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
· Ensure compliance with OCHA’s operational, reporting, and procurement guidelines.
· Prepare and organize presentation materials for various project-related sessions.
· Manage the work plan and ensure timely delivery of project outputs (hot meal distribution, cash assistance, farmer training and cash distribution).
· Supervise Field Officers and MEAL Manager, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance monitoring.
· Liaise with local authorities, sector leads, governos, municipalities, and DRR units to ensure smooth coordination and avoid duplication.
· Oversee budget utilization, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to donor financial regulations.
· Submit quality narrative and financial inputs for interim and final reports.
· Ensure safeguarding, PSEA, and accountability measures are integrated in all activities.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in management, Development Studies, or related field; Master’s preferred.
· At least 5 years of experience managing humanitarian or food security projects.
· Strong knowledge of OCHA/UN project management and compliance frameworks.
· Proven leadership, budgeting, and reporting skills.
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
· Fluency in Arabic and English required.
