Volunteer

As such SPHERE Building Tomorrow is proposing an established non-formal development curriculum with a gaming approach, designated for residents, displaced and refugees, aimed at empowering youth populations by building capacities, empowering and engaging them in volunteering management among ongoing projects and activities, and taking them on different duties based on their interest, motivational manners, leading them to open career opportunities and financial sustainability. This intervention is adopted into SPHERE Building Tomorrow’s core youth empowerment, life skills and business development capacity building tools by offering a complete course, rich in social and educational learning that meets the needs of young people living in Lebanon and aged between 17 and 28 years old. Our purpose is to encourage young people to engage in volunteerism and subsequently ensure an opportunity for education, work and therefore a better future in their country.
