Social Worker- Admin Assistant

DESCRIPTION: 

  •  Respond to hotline calls, providing information and support on addiction issues.
  •  Conduct comprehensive assessments of the beneficiary.
  •  While conducting motivational interviewing, provide an explanation of addiction issues and treatment programs to the beneficiary.
  •  Evaluate beneficiaries conditions and coordinate with the team to make care decisions.
  •   Advise families and direct them to appropriate support services.
  •   Document daily activities and beneficiaries interactions.
  •   Conduct educational outreach to raise awareness about addiction and support services.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with clients struggling with addiction in a social work setting.
  • Strong understanding of addiction treatment principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong work ethic, compassion, and dedication to helping others.
