Human Resources administrator

  1. Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all association personnel
  2. Works closely with the team in preparing reports related to strategic planning.
  3. Contributes to the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures employee handbooks and procedures manuals.
  4. Maintains compliance with Lebanese Labor Law regulations, handles all aspects of payroll administration and establishes personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  5. Develops and implements an effective system of staff performance evaluation, performance targets, promotion and keep record of teacher’s training and request of the training.
  6. Processes all recruitment requests by applying the recruitment policy in an effective and timely manner, maintains up-to-date recruitment progress reports and talent database and assists in the hiring process (job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and reference checks).
  7. Coordinates internal benefits: insurances, logistics, transportation, travel and other human resources tasks
  8. Updates job descriptions as pertained to the needs of the Association.
  9. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars and trainings.
  10. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
