- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all association personnel
- Works closely with the team in preparing reports related to strategic planning.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures employee handbooks and procedures manuals.
- Maintains compliance with Lebanese Labor Law regulations, handles all aspects of payroll administration and establishes personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Develops and implements an effective system of staff performance evaluation, performance targets, promotion and keep record of teacher’s training and request of the training.
- Processes all recruitment requests by applying the recruitment policy in an effective and timely manner, maintains up-to-date recruitment progress reports and talent database and assists in the hiring process (job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and reference checks).
- Coordinates internal benefits: insurances, logistics, transportation, travel and other human resources tasks
- Updates job descriptions as pertained to the needs of the Association.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars and trainings.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
