Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily administrative tasks including managing calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Organize and maintain filing systems for important documents and reports.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, preparing necessary materials, and taking detailed minutes.

- Assist with logistical planning and support for ongoing relief activities, events, and meetings.

- Manage office supplies, ensuring timely procurement for operational needs.

- Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and internal communications.

- Maintain databases, including donor records and contact lists.

- Serve as a point of contact for volunteers, partners, and external stakeholders.

- Provide administrative support for emergency relief efforts and ongoing programs.

- Assist in managing the organization’s social media platforms and external communications as needed.

- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, English, and French.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience in the non-profit or humanitarian sector is an advantage, particularly in emergency relief work.
