Tender Notice (113/1) for the provision of rehabilitation of Wells & Operation Room in Nawa Water Pumping Station - Daraa Governorate project in the Syrian Arab republic

Please confirm your interest to participate in the tender through email to  rita.layka@sarc-sy.org with copy to ahmad.sinan@sarc-sy.org .  Any enquiries regarding the tenders should be addressed to ahmad.sinan@sarc-sy.org  addresses by Tuesday 11th of Oct 2022. Responses to the enquiries will be circulated to all bidders who will have confirmed their interest to participate.

Site visit Date will be on Monday 10th of Oct 2022, interested bidders will be contacted on Sunday 9th of Oct 2022 via phone to have a site visit to the mentioned location for one time only.

Conditions:

• Interested bidders are required to send an email as a proof of their interest in the participation.
• Interested bidders are required to provide their phone numbers in the "interest in participating" email.
• Bidders who are interested in the site visit should send their interest emails with all contact information (Fulll name of the person who will be in the site visit, phone number) not later than Sunday 9th of October 12:00 at noon time failing to do so will result inability to participate in the site visit.
• Any emails, enquiries, interests between bidders and Syrian Arab Red Crescent, should only be done during the official working days, and hours of SARC (from Sunday to Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).

Deadline for submission of offer: Tuesday 18th of October 2022, 14:00 (Damascus Local Time).

Offers should be submitted in English or Arabic language; in sealed envelopes, to the address mentioned in the tender documents.

SARC reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer and acceptance of offer will not only depend on lowest quotation.
