We are looking for a Dates Bars Monitor, responsible for overseeing the distribution of date bars in various project locations across Beirut. The role involves ensuring proper implementation, tracking the effectiveness of training on the benefits of date bars, and conducting regular visits to project sites to ensure the distribution process is efficient.
Main Tasks:
- Oversee the distribution of date bars at various project locations (Cornich Mazraa, Tarik Jdideh, Shatila, Borj Abi Haidar, Hay Lija).
- Ensure that distribution is happening according to plan, including quantities and timing.
- Visit each center at least once per week per shift to ensure that the distribution process is being properly followed.
- Attend training sessions about the benefits of date bars to understand and communicate these benefits to others.
- Deliver training sessions to center focal points, educating them on the nutritional benefits of date bars.
- Ensure that center focal points are effectively training all beneficiaries about the benefits of date bars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training by monitoring how well the focal points are delivering the content and ensuring the beneficiaries understand the key messages.
- Monitor the progress of date bar distribution.
- Conduct visits at the beginning of the project, and potentially more frequently during the early phases, to ensure smooth operation and compliance.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on distribution.
- Work closely with center focal points to ensure all training and distribution guidelines are being followed.
- Keep accurate records of visits, distributions and inventory.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Skills:
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
- Good communication Skills.
- Good in writing daily reports.
- Capacity and willingness to travel to the field.
- The candidate should have a driving license and a car.
- Preferably that candidate resides in the same relevant area.
