Scope of Work:
As a VR Training and Development Consultant, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Designing and developing custom VR training experiences using industry-standard tools and software.
- Delivering training on development for VR and VR applications.
- Assisting with the creation and content development of new training programs on VR.
- Providing Training of Trainers (TOT) on delivering the VR training programs.
- Providing guidance on instructional design and best practices for VR training.
- Helping in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommending improvements.
- Staying current with VR technology trends and suggesting relevant innovations for our projects.
Requirements:
- Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in VR training and development, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field, such as education, computer science, programming, or a related discipline.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to diverse training needs and provide customized solutions.
