Call for Tender - Request For Quotations for 10 Laptops and 4 Tablets

Teach For Lebanon (NGO) is pleased to announce a call for tender for the procurement of 10 laptops and 4 tablets. We invite proposals from experienced and qualified service providers to support our organization in enhancing its technical capabilities.

Would you please send us a quotation regarding the following items?

Item Requested : Laptop 

Description: 

Option 1: HP laptop core I5 - 1334U, 8 GB Ram, 512 GB NVME, 15.6”, English and Arabic keyboard, with 1-year warranty.

Option 2: Lenovo ideapad 1 core i5-1235u, 8GB Ram, 256 GB NVME, 15.6” FHD windows 11 home S, English and Arabic keyboard with 1-year warranty

Cost Consideration:

The method of payment that TFL usually adopts is a bank transfer after the delivery of the laptops and tablets.

How to Apply

Interested suppliers are invited to submit their detailed quotations—highlighting the key features mentioned—in Word or PDF format no later than May 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

Quotations should include pricing, payment method, and clear responses to the following questions:

  1.  Do you currently have 10 laptops, 10 laptop bags, and 4 tablets in stock?
  2.  If your quotation is accepted, when can you deliver the 10 laptops, 10 bags, and 4 tablets?
  3. The payment will be made via bank transfer from Bank Audi in fresh USD, with the full amount paid upon agreement. Does your organization accept this method of payment? Do you have a fresh USD account at Bank Audi? If not, please specify the name of your bank.
  4. If your quotation is accepted, we kindly ask that the 10 laptops be delivered to the Teach For Lebanon office in Achrafieh. Would you be able to provide delivery free of charge? If not, please make sure to include all related delivery costs clearly in your quotation.
  5. Do you offer a hotline or have a dedicated team responsible for the maintenance and support of the laptops and tablets?
  6.  What does the warranty cover? Please specify the duration, inclusions, and exclusions.
  7.   Kindly ensure the quotation and answers to the above questions are submitted by Friday, May 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

 

Please make sure that the quotation includes:

- Official offers in the proper header and footer format 

- Mention the contact information of your company

- MOF and TX ID numbers of your company

- Offer validity time
