Call for Tender – Stationery Toolkits

Scope of Work

Teach For Lebanon(NGO) is requesting a quotation for a stationery toolkit comprising 401 boxes, to be distributed across 61 schools throughout Lebanon.

Please find below the list of items required for each stationery kit.

Kindly note that we will require 401 boxes, and each box should include the following items:

• Colored pencils set – 2 units

• Whiteboard marker (Blue) – 2 units

• Whiteboard marker (Red) – 2 units

• Whiteboard marker (Black) – 2 units

• Paint (Red) – 1 unit

• Paint (Blue) – 1 unit

• Paint (Yellow) – 1 unit

• Paint brushes – 2 units

• Pencils – 2 units

• Sharpeners – 2 units

• Colored paper – 1 unit

• Glue sticks – 2 units

• Scissors – 1 unit

• Gloves – 1 pack

• Nylon cover – 1 unit

Total Supplies Required (For 401 Boxes)

• Plastic Storage Box – 401 units

• Colored pencils set (12-color pack) – 802 units

• Whiteboard marker (Blue) – 802 units

• Whiteboard marker (Red) – 802 units

• Whiteboard marker (Black) – 802 units

• Paint (Red) – 401 units

• Paint (Blue) – 401 units

• Paint (Yellow) – 401 units

• Paint brushes (various sizes) – 802 units

• Pencils (12 pencils with eraser per pack) – 802 packs

• Sharpeners – 802 units

• Colored paper (assorted colors) – 401 packs

• Glue sticks – 802 units

• Scissors – 401 units

• Gloves – 401 packs

• Nylon cover (table cover) – 401 units

Requirements

Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following documents by March 5, 2026:

1. Registration certificate
2. Company profile
3. Anti-terrorism declaration letter
4. Valid tax certificate
5. Financial proposal(Detailed Quotations and Pictures)
6. Delivery of the sample
7. Answers to all questions listed below

Questions to Suppliers

1. Could you please send us your quotation by March 5, 2026, including pictures of all items?
2. Can you provide a sample of the stationery toolkit? Kindly deliver the samples by maximum March 5, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, to our office at:
   Achrafieh, Sassine Square, Independence Street, Karam Building, 1st Floor

3. In case your quotation is accepted, do you have a fresh USD bank account (preferably at Bank Audi)? If not, please specify your bank details.
4. What is your preferred method of payment? Before delivery or after delivery? Please elaborate.
5. Do you have all the items currently in stock?
6. If your quotation is accepted, how much time would you need to deliver the toolkits?
7. If your quotation is accepted, can you deliver the stationery kits to all 61 school locations across Lebanon (Bekaa, South, Mount Lebanon, Beirut, North, Akkar) free of charge? If not, please specify the transportation costs.

Please make sure that the proposal includes:

- Official offers in the proper header and footer format

- Mention the contact information of your company

- MOF and TX ID numbers of your company

- Offer validity time
