Education Mentor

Teach For Lebanon is recruiting a Mentor to work with the applicants who are being trained to work for two years as TFL Fellows in rural schools throughout Lebanon. The Mentor serves as a critical agent in ensuring sustainability & educational support for the program. The Mentor reports to the Education Manager and the Head of Education Department. The Mentor works closely with Fellows who are placed in underprivileged schools throughout Sarafand, Tyre, Rashaya, and Baalback. The Mentor’s tasks include supporting Fellows in their classrooms based on regular classroom observations, educational support, and collaborate with other TFL staff members and Mentors.
