Teach for Lebanon (TFL) is a Lebanese NGO committed to ensuring that every child in Lebanon, irrespective of their socioeconomic background, has access to quality education. TFL employs an innovative approach that emphasizes youth capacity building to implement impactful educational interventions and provide systemic support for students in need.

Therefore, TFL recruits and trains Lebanon’s most promising fresh graduates, known as "TFL Fellows," and places them in schools serving economically disadvantaged refugees and Lebanese children. These fellows receive ongoing training and support to address educational challenges through transformational teaching, guiding their students toward academic success. Throughout their journey, they evolve into leaders and advocates for a brighter future in Lebanon.

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

    1- Employee Records and Data Management

    • File Organization: Assist in organizing and maintaining employee folders, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and properly labeled.

    • Data Collection and Entry: Support in collecting and updating employee data, keeping all records current and consistent across systems.

    • Compliance Check: Help review employee files to ensure all required documents are submitted and meet organizational standards.

    2- Recruitment Support

    • Hiring Process Assistance: Support the HR team in different stages of recruitment, including posting vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

    • Candidate Communication: Assist in communicating with applicants and coordinating interview logistics.

    • Documentation: Help prepare recruitment-related files and ensure that hiring records are properly maintained.

    3- HR Operations and Coordination

    • Collaboration: Work directly with the HR Manager and HR Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and HR initiatives.

    • Tracking and Reporting: Assist in tracking key HR data such as attendance, contracts, and other employee-related information.

    • General Support: Provide administrative support for HR activities, including filing, preparing reports, and updating internal databases.

     Duration: 1 Month

    Working Hours:   15-20 hours per week within TFL's working hours (9:00 AM-5:00 PM with frequent visits to the office and field.
