- Scope of the request

TDH Lausanne is seeking to contract with a registered agency in Lebanon with an experience working with INGOs, to work on Cash disbursement services across all Lebanese territories

- How to apply / Clarrifications

 1- Interested vendors shall send in PDF form the below documents reflected in clause 3 to the email address: lbn.procurement@tdh.ch

           Deadline to apply: Sunday 13 July at 18:00 Hrs

    2- For any clarification, should be sent by email to: lbn.procurement@tdh.ch

Deadline for clarifications: Wednesday 9 Jully 2025 at 13:00 Hrs

  - Requested Documents

1. Supplier registration documents
2. ID of owner / manager
3. Supplier VAT registration
4. Good experience reference from at least 2 INGOs
5. The Attached request for quotation filled and stamped.
6. Make sure to reflect unit price excluding VAT
7. Mention preferred payment terms.
8. Supplier bank account details (bank document)
9. The attached RFQ , filed , signed and stamped 

- Process

Only applicants / vendors who pass the first screening will be reached out by TDHL teams to conduct a visit to the center and the vendors’ warehouse / showroom.

TDH will evaluate the quotations based on following aspects: 

Cost meeting requirements                                                               70% 

Offices and agencies (Network) availability across Lebanon                        30%
