TDH Lausanne is seeking to contract with a registered agency in Lebanon with an experience working with INGOs, to work on Cash disbursement services across all Lebanese territories

- Supplier registration documents
- ID of owner / manager
- Supplier VAT registration
- Good experience reference from at least 2 INGOs
- The Attached request for quotation filled and stamped.
- Make sure to reflect unit price excluding VAT
- Mention preferred payment terms.
- Supplier bank account details (bank document)
- The attached RFQ , filed , signed and stamped
- Process
Only applicants / vendors who pass the first screening will be reached out by TDHL teams to conduct a visit to the center and the vendors’ warehouse / showroom.
TDH will evaluate the quotations based on following aspects:
Cost meeting requirements 70%
Offices and agencies (Network) availability across Lebanon 30%
