4 CP Caseworkers - Bekaa

Terre des hommes - Lausanne is seeking Four qualified CP Case worker based in Bekaa (Baalbek and Hermel districts).

 

Job Purpose / Main Functions:

In local contexts, the CP Case Worker engages with the most vulnerable and conflict-affected children, youth, families, and their social environment through a holistic approach in order to:

• Provide individual case management for CP cases in line with all case management steps, tools, and procedures.

• Offer ongoing support to families, caregivers, and foster or alternative care systems.

• Liaise directly with other service providers operating in the targeted communities and facilitate referrals to services such as health (including mental health), shelter, NFIs, and others.

• Communicate effectively with other caseworkers and service providers as part of implementing individual CP case management.

• Ensure adherence to Survivor-Centered Approach guiding principles when working with survivors, including in CDCs and safe spaces for women and girls.

Through an ethical and participatory approach, the CP Case Worker helps create conditions that enable children, youth, and their families to be active agents in their development, strengthen social ties and community solidarity, and enhance resilience.
