Administration And Logistics Coordinator

The person will sign Tdh Child Protection Policy. The Administration and Logistics Coordinator is reponsible of the overall management of the administration, the finances, the HR and the logistics of Tdh Lausanne in Lebanon. It includes: - Finances: overall supervision of the accountancy and the financial management of the Delegation, budget drafting, follow up and reporting, risk management, accountancy supervision, respect of donors guidelines, bank management, audit supervision - Administration: contractual obligations of Tdh, respect of national regulations, management of the office, - HR: overall supervision of the HR: recruitment, policies, pay, conflict resolution, carrier management of the staff, - Logistics: overall supervision of the logictics procedures, procurement, vehicles, stock, assets, participation in the security management. The coordinator is supervising 7 staff.
