Coordinator Administration Finances Hr

Terre des hommes Foundation (Lausanne) is implementing project of child protection in Southern Lebanon and is recruiting a coordinator for administration, HR, finances. The person  will sign and adhere to Tdh’s Child protection policy. Main responsabilities: - Supervises all aspects of Administration, Finance, HR of the Lebanon delegation  - Responsible of proper definition, allocation and use of financial resources. Defines budgets and supervises accountancy. Budget follow up and financial management. Donors financial reporting. - Responsible of HR management. Supervises HR tasks, including allocation of staff, data base, recruitment, social security, payment of salaries... - Responsible of respect of Tdh admin manual and procedures. Supervises establishement of contracts, legal issues, external audits, general application of Tdh manual for admin/HR/finances. Requirements: experienced and skilled in accountancy, financial management, expert in SAGA and Excel, perfect knowledge of Lebanon labor law and social security law. Good management skills, good communication skills, training capacities.
