HR & Finance Intern

Terre des hommes Lausanne (Tdh) is seeking a motivated HR & Finance Intern to support the HR and Finance departments in the Beirut office through document archiving, scanning, and filing activities in line with organizational procedures and standards.

Objective of the Internship:

The intern will support the HR and Finance teams in organizing, digitizing, and archiving documents to ensure proper filing and record management.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the HR and Finance teams, the intern will:

• Scan accounting, financial, and HR documents in accordance with established filing procedures.

• Assist in filing HR personnel files and related documents, including payslip organization, scanning, and archiving.

• Ensure scanned documents are clear, complete, and legible.

• Name and organize electronic files according to Tdh archiving standards.

• Upload and store digital files in designated folders and systems.

• Support the teams in maintaining organized physical and electronic records.

• Perform any other related administrative tasks as requested by the supervisors.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• University student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.

•Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

 

Duration and Working Arrangement:

Internship duration: 3 months.

Based in the Beirut Office.

Working schedule to be agreed upon with the supervising departments.

 

Reporting Line:

The intern will report directly to the HR Department and Finance Department Assistants.
