Child Safegaurding Policy:  Commit to respect the Tdh Child Safegaurding Policy and principles of child protection.  Commit to ensure the best implementation possible of the Tdh Child Safegaurding Policy in Lebanon.  Commit to inform supervisors and to deal with any cases, allegations, or possibility of transgression, even potential, of the Tdh Child Protection Policy.   Location: -Tyre for the first week. -Saida for the rest of the period. This could be re-assessed and moved to Beirut in case of different development of the program. When in Saida the Q&A Coordinator should ensure 1 to 2 days presence in Tyre office.   Reports to: -Country Delegate Overall responsibilities: -Management and coordination of the M&E and IM Team. -Coordinate regularly and proactively with Program Department and Training Department. -Reports regularly to Delegate. -Provides Training on M&E to the M&E Team and other Tdh-L teams as needed   Specific Responsibilities: -Management of the M&E Team composed of M&E Manager and 4 M&E Officers (including HR issues, leaves requests attendance monitoring). -Management of the IM Team composed by IM Manager (under recruitment) and 2 Data Entry Clerks (including HR issues, leaves requests attendance monitoring). -Recruitment of Human Resources included in the Team directly managed. -Support the M&E Manager in developing a comprehensive M&E Plan for the M&E Team following Donor and Internal M&E requirements already identified by the PC. Ensure that this M&E Plan is followed on a monthly basis and that targets are achieved. -Follow up with the Program Teams -in coordination with PC and PM- in relation to the collection of quantitative and qualitative data, in order to ensure data collection follows the M&E Plan developed, also from the Program teams’ side. -Support the IM Manager in developing a new M&E database integrating the inputs from HQ.  Ensure that the database is adapted, in its functions, to AI requirements and current reporting requirements. The database should provide data analysis and reporting automatically and should ensure that all categories and timeframes of external reporting are integrated in such analysis.   -Ensure the database is properly updated on a regular basis and Activity Info reported. -Develop a data sharing procedure following confidentiality and data safety standards for Tdh-L Lebanon, for both Internal and external data sharing. -Develop a filing system and archiving policy for Tdh-L Lebanon following data safety standards. -In coordination with and support of the M&E Manager, produce analysis on qualitative data gathered to inform ongoing and future programs development. -Ensure lessons learnt are gathered at the end of the year and that they are fed back to the program teams to be integrated in the current and future programs.   -Review the existing beneficiary complaint system and establish a reinforced complaint procedure. -Ensure flexibility on other tasks that may arise, linked to M&E and IM supervision, accordingly to programs’ needs.   Requirements: -Excellent Arabic and English language both spoken and written. -Information management knowledge. -Previous background in research, monitoring and evaluation, qualitative analysis. -Knowledge of M&E methodologies.   -Good knowledge of Project Cycle Management -Excellent reporting and analysis skills. -Commitment and flexibility.
