Senior CP Case Worker

Terre des hommes - Lausanne is seeking a qualified Senior CP Case Worker based in Bekaa (Baalbek and Hermel districts).

 

Job Purpose / Main Functions:

The Senior CP Case Worker oversees and manages project implementation as a representative of Tdh, ensuring alignment with Tdh’s mandate, commitments, and international standards. They are responsible for the strategic implementation and managerial coordination of case workers, supervising CP case management activities within Tdh and with local partners. This includes ensuring effective case management processes, providing ongoing technical guidance and support to the CP Case Worker team, and validating the quality of their work.

The key responsibilities of this position are to:

• Oversee and provide individual CP case management for children and youth at high risk, ensuring full adherence to established case management steps, tools, and procedures.

• Support families and caregivers, ensuring their meaningful engagement throughout the case management process.

• Promote effective communication and coordination with caseworkers and external service providers involved in case management.

The Senior CP Case Worker upholds strong ethical standards and professionalism, fostering an environment where children and their families are empowered to participate actively in their development. They contribute to strengthening social ties, promoting community solidarity, and enhancing the resilience of families and communities.
