Storekeeper

Tdh Lausanne is recruiting a storekeeper. The applicant will sign Tdh Child Protection Policy. -    Responsible for overseeing the management of the stock, including the assets inventory -    Responsible for the management and movement of the stocks (central and site offices) according to Tdh Warehouse and Stock Management Procedures -    Support the Logistics Supervisor in maintaining, updating and communicating the documentation process for monitoring the in and out of the stock movements -    Carry out weekly physical central stock inventory and monthly site stocks -    Support the Logistics Supervisor in overseeing the access to the store -    Responsible for relief items delivery supervision and loading of relief items needed for distributions -    Provide support as needed to the emergency project for distribution purposes -    Carry out monthly assets inventory physically and disseminate to Logistics Supervisor -    Support the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring the proper functioning and use of the assets -    Responsible for follow-up of reports on non-functioning equipment / items related to assets as directed by Logistics Supervisor Requirements: excellent on Excel, good in english, driving license
