Duties & Responsibilities:
- Archive, file and scan administrative and procurement documents/papers/letters as required;
- Organize the filing as per admin and logistic procedure. Scan all the file images and check that the complete documents have been scanned under the correct matter number;
- Produce a daily report on work progress to the Programme Administrator;
- Ensure the management of the data and the appropriate filing of the electronic and hard copies of the financial documents and reports;
- Assist the Finance Officers in daily management if requested (prepare payment voucher, maintain payment record of all invoices received, maintains payee statement records for all suppliers
- Any other duties relating to the nature of the job as directed by the Programme Administrator;
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountant or Business and Administration
- Pro-active, organized and able to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically
- Preferable experience: One year experience in data filing and archiving, both electronic and hard-copy filing;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with challenging deadlines.
