Job description including qualifications and competencies:
To support Animators designing and implementing focused PSS and CP activities targeting children, adolescents and their caregivers.
To support developing, delivering and monitoring focussed animation activities.
To support planning the activity in order to ensure progressive steps from easier to more difficult activities.
To support ensuring that the beneficiaries are all involved in the activity and that there is possibility for boys and girls to work both together and in gender based groups.
Support dealing with difficult behaviours (conflict, aggressiveness, introversion), to understand the reason behind the behaviour and to try as much as possible to involve the others participants as a resource to solve the problem.
To support monitoring the beneficiaries participation to the activities. .
Coordinate and support social workers to link with the parents and the community and support assessing families and identifying beneficiaries.
To report in case of any kind of abuse to the social worker and TL.
To support planning and request the material needed for the activities.
To participate in the trainings provided by TDH IT or other partner organization.
To participate in the weekly coordination meetings.
To work in a close collaboration with the team in the drafting, implementation and follow-up of the activities.
To comply with the TDH IT Code of Conduct.
Any other task relevant to the position.

Job Requirements:
Education: secondary school
Work Experience:
1 year work experience in similar position
Experience in working in a cross cultural environment preferable
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Team spirit,
Good communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Accountability
Others:
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic, English speaking is a plus
Valid Lebanese driving license is a plus
A car is an asset
