Community Facilitator

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To support the implementation of the CP activities, in particular the Case Management component, in each of the areas covered by the project;
• To support the Case workers in conducting Outreach Activities, in particular home visits;
• To maintain regular contacts with the local stakeholder, with a specific focus on Syrian Community residing in the area, Lebanese local Community and Local Authority;
• To participate in coaching and training sessions on Child Protection;
• To participate in the preparation, execution and organization of Awareness sessions, when needed;
• To perform all organizational and administrative work related to outreach team, including regular reporting to the Case Management Specialist and/or Project Manager To support the internal/external referral system;
• To maintaining regular contacts with the referral organizations and other stakeholders, to feed back the referral system. To report any kind of abuse;
• To plan and request the material needed for the activities of the community Case management team;
• To comply with the TDH-It Code of Conduct;

 Qualifications and experience:

• 6 months minimum work experience in similar position;
• Child Protection knowledge and understanding;
• Ability to work well in a team, under pressure and in response to changing needs;
• Experience in and knowledge of the Syrian situation and response is considered a strong asset;
• Commitment to the aims, principles and values of TDH IT;
• Valid Driving license is compulsory;
• Languages: Arabic: Fluent ; English: Good
