Driver Mobile Unit/community Facilitator Mu

Major Responsibilities: Operate the Mobile Unit Van in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life; Drive the Mobile Unit Van in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures; Support the team in identifying and selection the locations where to implement the activities; Support the social worker and/or the animators during the implementation of the activities; Keep good relationship with the community; Supporting the team in the outreach and assessment phases; Support the mobile team by setting the space for the delivery of CP activities; Ensure the safety of the children during the activities, eliminating or mitigating the dangers of the outdoor space that will be used; Pick up and deliver beneficiaries as per a set schedule, if needed; To maintain regular contacts with the local stakeholder, with a specific focus on Syrian Community residing in the area, Lebanese local Community and Local Authority. Support the mobile team in preparing the materials needed in the field; Maintain schedules and maintain order on the Mobile Unit Van; Perform daily safety and maintenance checks, including minor maintenance duties such as changing the oil; Clean the bus as scheduled and/or required To comply with the TDH-It Code of Conduct and Visibility standards; Any other task relevant to the position.  Key Working Relationships:  Position Reports to:  PSS coordinator- Team leader Technical reference/Indirect Reporting:  Community empowerment Expert – Project Manager Collaborates with: CM team and community empowerment officer Other Internal and/or external contacts: volunteers, Case workers Internal: other members of TDH IT programs in the field   External: local partner –Other NGOs/INGOs  Qualifications and experience 1 year minimum work experience in similar position Ability to work well in a team, under pressure and in response to changing needs. Experience in and knowledge of the Syrian situation and response is considered a strong asset. Experience in building capacity of teams and staff. Commitment to the aims, principles and values of TDH IT. Ability to plan well, set own targets and meet them. Valid Driving license
