- To support the centers’ and partners’ facilitators in delivery of NFE (CB-ECE, BLN, A-BLN, HWS and FLC) activities in both face to face and remote modality of implementation,
- Follow up with the facilitators delivering Adult Literacy in both modalities face to face and remote modality of implementation.
- Providing extra support to children identified by the facilitators;
- Support facilitators with classroom management and group management in remote modality as well as difficult behaviors (conflict, aggressiveness, introversion);
- Helping facilitators prepare for lessons as per their weekly materials plan (photocopies, stationery; online material);
- Coordinating with the Centre CP Focal Point /CP in Edu Officer for the development and delivery of recreational and child protection activities targeting children with a high level of vulnerability;
- Coordinating with the Education Technical Officer and education specialist for the development of the Adult Literacy curriculum.
- To ensure that the beneficiaries have the possibility to participate in designing the activity, in order to express themselves and to be heard; support TDH’s accountability to beneficiaries by helping to organize regular focus groups and feedback sessions;
- To ensure that the beneficiaries are all involved in the activity and that there is a possibility for boys and girls to work together and that children with diverse needs are included and supported equally;
- In coordination with facilitators, Centre Coordinator and, develop a detailed weekly activity plan, indicating specifically the aim and the objectives of the activities and to closely monitor results achieved with the beneficiaries;
- Report weekly educational activity progress to the Centre Coordinator and Edu Technical officer as a contribution to the activity report;
- Record child attendance/adult attendance on a daily basis and ensure that attendance data is uploaded to the system weekly;
- Collect the grades from facilitators and ensure that the grades are uploaded to the system.
- To follow TDH IT procedures regarding the documentation of the activities (assessments, attendance, progress follow up, regular reports;)
- Support the Centers’ and partners’ staff in organizing and delivering educational recreational and social cohesion activities for children, adults and caregivers;
- To monitor the child’s progresses, and to identify children in need and refer special cases to the case management team as soon as identified;
- Review books availability at the center /partner (Books (Inventory)
- Follow up on the distribution of education material to the children/adults
- To participate in the trainings provided by TDH IT and ensure cascading and implementing the information that this learning is applied to the education program at center level;
- To comply with the TDH IT CP Policy & Code of Conduct;
- Any other duty assigned by your Line Manager.
