Major Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with THD IT’s HR policy & regulations and Lebanese Labor law
Responsible for training the national staff regularly on HR related guidelines and TDH IT policies
Responsible of monthly Payroll data and calculations in the Bekaa
Follow up on staff leaves, vacations, timesheets and overtime, and report on monthly basis
Maintain and update HR filing system as per TDH IT guidelines
Responsible of the recruitment process of National staff in Bekaa, in coordination with Program Managers and Regional Administrator and HR Manager
Ensure the induction of newly recruited staff is properly conducted and manage the recording of the staff data in hard and soft copies
Coordinate with HR Manager for a proper implementing of the performance evaluation and staff development procedure
Coordinate the registration of all employees with NSSF and insurance related matters in coordination with HR Manager
Responsible for entry and exit procedures for all staff
Prepare and Manage warnings in coordination with Program Managers and Head of Office
Update the organizational chart of Bekaa office
Focal point for national staff for HR related matters, perform individual/group discussion with the staff and report accordingly to the relevant managers
Any other duties assigned by the supervisors
Qualification and Experience:
Degree/certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
Minimum two years of experience with humanitarian organizations as a HR Officer.

Willing to travel to different field sub-offices in the area
Valid Lebanese driving license is desirable.
