IT Officer

Objectives:

1. Manage technology services that meet operational requirements
2. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
4. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
5. Train Employees on software, hardware and troubleshoot when needed; and Provide technical support across the organization (this may be in person or remotely)
6. Setting up accounts for new users
7. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
8. Ensuring security of the physical and virtual components of Information Technology such as security of the server rooms and installing virus protections and firewalls
9. Ability to document and report on finished/pending services

And any other duties seemed relevant to the position and assigned by your manager.
