Project Coordinator

  • Manage the overall CP intervention by planning, monitoring and evaluating project activities in accordance with grant agreements and TDH IT quality standards;
  • Prepare, in coordination with key staff, work plans with clear objectives and achievement benchmarks, long-term and short-term priorities, implementation plans, financial projections and evaluation tools;
  • Update, in collaboration with the team, the outputs of the program and propose adjustments if necessary for ongoing activities.
  • Constantly updates the PM on the project progress or on any modifications that need to be taken regarding the implementation process;
  • Ensure the best use of resources and support the Project Manager in the preparation of sound budgets and monitoring project expenses;
  • Conduct frequent field visits to all project sites in ML;
  • Establish an efficient remote control mechanism in case of not accessible areas due to security reasons;
  • Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit and providing oversight and guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions;
  • Report to donors through both formal and informal briefings, annual and semi-annual reports, and maintain ongoing dialogue;
  • Assure that child protection standards are understood and applied and support the Team Leaders in establishing a clear referral system.
  • Maintain and strengthen the relations with the other organization dealing with CP and psychosocial support.
  • Represent TDH IT in field base multi agency and overall interagency cluster where appropriate;
  • Participate in the planning of new project proposals and in the implementation of assessment for new projects based on the strategy approved by the Delegation.
  • To organize weekly meetings with team leaders, social worker and volunteers, to share lessons learned and exchange experiences;
