Social Worker (Sw/jb/unicef)

Main tasks and duties: To coordinate the implementation of outreach activities in each of the areas covered by the project; To plan and organize assessment of needs and outreach activities under the supervision of the PM/Field Activity Coordinator; To organize regular awareness and information, and Psychosocial support activities for caregivers in collaboration with specialized NGOs; To refer beneficiaries with special needs to specialized NGOs according to predefined referral pathways; To provide necessary technical support and documentation to outreach team in collaboration with Child Protection Officer (CPO); To perform all organizational and administrative work related to outreach team, including regular reporting to the PM/ Field Activity Coordinator; To participate to the weekly meetings with TdH Community Center Staff, to share lessons learned and exchange experiences; To ensure proper documentation of data collected (hard and soft copies); To write weekly reports; To share information on field-level successes and challenges with the project team Any other duties relating to the nature of the job as directed by the PM/Field Activity Coordinator.   Minimum requirements: - Bachelor degree in Education Sciences or Humanities. - 2 years of experience in education, animation, or psychosocial support for children and adolescents. - Arabic fluent, English is an asset
