Assist, develop and implement age- appropriate recreational and psychosocial activities for children and adolescents in their community
Assist in delivering specific skills building activities with adolescents including but not limited to life skills, community projects etc.
Ensure that all beneficiaries participate in the activities that are non-discriminatory as well as age and gender sensitive and appropriate.
Provide feedback to the organization’s focal point on the types of activities to be developed for children and adolescents in the community
Actively participate in trainings delivered by the organization
Identify children at risk of harm or being harmed and refer them as per the procedure to the organization’s focal point
Ensure that the children feel safe, comfortable and respected during the daily transportation
Ensure that the activities are done in a clean and hazard free location
Ensure that the material appropriately used and later stored in a safe way at the end of the day
Respect and abide to the organization’s internal code of conduct and child protection policy
Collect attendance of participants in the activities, and report as required
Experience in excel and word sheet, data entry as well
Participate in the distribution on the field level or the school
Volunteers will be a part of the education activity during the field, show up at the Bus during the transportation for the children from their residence to the school and vise versa for one hour at the morning and one hour at the end of the day
Report any incident happen in the bus, field to the line manger on daily basis
