Secretarial tasks
• Prepare letters, reports, records and other documents related to the projects.
• Prepare a variety of correspondence and forms, and keeping records.
• Schedule meetings and arranges appointments, if requested.
• Supervise office and housekeeping staff.
• Assist the team in meetings upon request.
• Manage office stationary supply and place orders on time to avoid running out of stock.
Administrative Tasks
• Maintain communication with contractors, office owners, car rental and other service.
• Handling cash and record daily project expenditures and allocation to the project budget lines.
• Organize receipts, prepare vouchers, and record all the expenditures documentation in a timely and complete manner.
• Draw up monthly pay slips for all staff, editing and updating the necessary data, in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll.
• Keep records pertaining local personnel and insurances.
