We need someone bold enough to lead field operations across diverse communities, smart enough to coordinate with partners and local authorities, and grounded enough to turn strategy into daily results.

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Coordinate community-based activities and events
✔️ Build trust with local stakeholders and ensure smooth field logistics
✔️ Oversee high-quality data collection and timely implementation
✔️ Support reporting, training, and on-the-ground problem-solving

Who You Are:
A strong communicator and natural networker
Curious, energetic, and at ease in fast-changing environments
Not necessarily from public health or development—but experienced in field coordination, partnerships, or logistics
You get things done—without waiting for perfect conditions

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in field operations or coordination
Fluent in Arabic and English. Mastering English is a must. If you are not fluent in English, do not apply.
Based in Lebanon and ready to move
Confident managing multiple partners and tasks at once
