Key Focus Areas
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
- Oversight of payments, expense tracking, and cash flow.
- Support in preparing financial and operational reports for management and partners.
- Maintaining organized financial and administrative records.
- Liaising with auditors, service providers, and banks.
- Familiarity with finance systems; knowledge of Dolphin is a must.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance/administration in a structured organization.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); finance software knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
