IT/Logistics Officer

Desired Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT systems and software.
• 10 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Fluency in written and oral English.  

Tasks

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IT infrastructure.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Assist with the procurement of IT and logistics equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and inventory management.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for IT and logistics functions.
• Train and support staff on IT and logistics procedures.
• Other tasks assigned by the CEO.
